This week, I decided to focus on details. The details of an outfit are often never recognized, but they are what pull it together and make it unique. An interesting belt, a vintage hair clip, or even some odd socks are the things I appreciate most in an outfit. Originality is shown through the little things you add, those rings you put on every morning out of habit, they bring a personal spin to your style and make it meaningful to you. Paying attention to detail is a key element to having good style.

When looking at details, patterns are especially eye-catching. Having the simple hoops one after another, with the pearl as the focus seems to be so unintentional, but it really looks good.

I really adore the detail of this outfit. The elbow patches, the little peak of plaid, the blue and black color scheme, and the interesting buttons all bring this outfit to a whole new level.
