Over the holidays, one of my friends gave me possibly the greatest and most dangerous gift. Netflix for three months. It’s great because I love watching movies. But it’s dangerous because I love watching movies and will sit through three in a row with homework waiting.
Surveying my options one day, I came across a movie another Dart staffer recommended called “Bill Cunningham New York,” a documentary about the New York Times‘ man on the street fashion photographer.
I often watch his videos on nytimes.com, but I never knew anything about him. He’s a sweet older man with a great voice. I’m a sucker for old men. They always make me want to cry. Which I did while watching this. Cunningham is just so cute! He has a great eye for fashion and seems generally amused by it all.
So if you have the time and access, go to Netflix or rent it and watch it as soon as possible.
