Today I saw Dr. Rocio Duncan’s presentation Mexico: Culture, Traditions, and Food.
Duncan is from Veracruz, Mexico, and currently teaches at Rockhurst University.
In her presentation today, she gave a comprehensive overview of Mexican culture, beginning with photos of Mayan ruins, a quick history lesson about Mexican politics and ending with slides all about traditional food.

While this presentation did make me want to fly to Mexico to visit the Tulum ruins, it mainly just made me hungry.
