Seniors sign to play sports in college

Seniors signed their intents to play sports at their college of choice.

The senior signing ceremony took place after school Wednesday, April 11. Student athletes that have been recruited for colleges sign on to their specific college sports teams at the ceremony.

The seniors said a few words of thanks to their coaches, teams, family and friends before signing to their colleges.

There were six seniors that signed to colleges. Senior Hailey Coleman signed to play basketball at Trinity University, Karen Crouch signed to be on crew, or rowing, at Creighton University, Monica Looney signed to play lacrosse at Regis University, Olivia Matlock signed to play lacrosse at Monmouth College, Kiernan O’Boyle signed to play volleyball at Missouri S&T and Clare Ryan signed to play lacrosse at Benedictine College.
