A UMKC college friend of cross country head coach Karen Moran, Olympic steeplechase competitor Courtney Frerichs visits STA athletes in the Goppert Center Aug. 29.

Olympic competitor Courtney Frerichs, competed in the steeplechase and a facet of cross country in the Rio de Janeiro Olympics this year. Frerichs, a Missouri native, graduated from the University of Missouri-Kansas City after partaking in their cross country team. Frerichs is a college friend of cross country head coach Karen Moran, visited STA Aug. 29 for a q&a session with STA athletes.
