This year’s freshman retreat was held at STA Friday from 3:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. The freshmen played games, heard talks and split up into small groups led by upperclassmen.
Upperclassmen have been planning the retreat with the guidance of campus ministry director Meredith Snyder for a few months. This group asked senior class president Kat Mediavilla to give a talk at the retreat.
“I hope that the freshmen took away some advice from me,” Mediavilla said. “Giving the speech made me look back on the past four years and how fast they’ve gone.”
