“Britania” trip scheduled for summer of 2017
Alicia Stewart and Anne Papineau plan a school trip to Ireland, Scotland and England for this summer.
January 21, 2016
Social studies teachers Alicia Stewart and Anne Papineau held an informational meeting about their “Britania” trip today. Stewart spoke about the itinerary of the trip as well as the logistics. The trip will include visits to Ireland, Scotland and England over a 15-day span. The students who attend the trip will visit places such as London, Dublin, Edinburgh and other places in Europe.
The trip will take place from June 12 to June 26 next summer. According to Stewart, her and Papineau are planning to have a school trip similar to this every year or every other year following this summer. There is no deadline for when to sign up and no limit to how many students can sign up for the trip. The sooner students sign up, the cheaper the trip will cost, according to Stewart.
“Papineau has been to a lot of [these places], Stewart said. “She’s been over there more, but I’ve only been to London. We’ll be experiencing a lot of new things together.”
Updated 10:10 a.m. 1/27/16. The date in the headline read 2016. The trip will actually take place in the summer of 2017. The Dart regrets this error.

I think this is supposed to say “for summer 2017”. They are going to China this summer (2016).
