The STA varsity basketball team lost  57-48 to rival Notre Dame de Sion Feb. 27. The score was close throughout the game. Sion started with a lead, but the first half ended with the Stars up. However, the Storm pulled ahead to win in the fourth quarter.

The STA  junior varsity team beat Sion 47-46 after a buzzer beater three pointer by sophomore Olivia Woodbury.

STA fans dressed up as characters from Holes, a 2003 Disney film, with orange jumpsuits and white tank tops. Some even added dirt to their clothes for effect. The Sion fans dressed for a “barbecue” theme.
STA defeated Sion earlier in the season, leaving each team with a win and a loss in the rivalry.
