STA held an assembly the first day of school Aug. 15 to welcome the new freshman in the Goppert Center. This assembly, the passing of the legacy ceremony, has been a tradition at St. Teresa’s for four years. Seniors gave each freshman a medal and prayer card. Senior class president Bailey Whitehead shared a few words with the school about her own freshman year.
