Varsity lacrosse wins against Notre Dame de Sion

The STA Varsity lacrosse team beat Notre Dame de Sion with a score of 13-12 on May 10.
The team won the Kansas City Metro Girls Lacrosse League championship for the third year in a row.
Junior Sophie Didier was extremely proud of her team following the win.
“We were neck and neck all season,” Didier said. “But I think our comeback and eventual win ultimately shows who the better team is.”
The stars will play in their first game of the State playoffs Saturday, May 19.
