Catholic College Day took place in Windmoor Sept. 5 during lunch and activity. It was an opportunity for all students to collect information about Catholic colleges and universities across the country. Representatives from over twenty schools handed out pamphlets and brochures, pitching programs, majors, and extracurriculars.

Junior Holly Phalen is considering Catholic colleges because of the positive experience she has had with her faith at STA.

“I find that when I include my faith throughout my day, I am less likely to fall out of my faith or lose touch with God,” Phalen said. “Also, I have felt welcomed and accepted at Catholic grade school and STA, so I can’t imagine [a] Catholic college being any different.”
