STA students win Scholastic Art awards
Through the Scholastic Art and Writing Competition, teenagers nationwide are given the opportunity to be recognized for their creative works. This year numerous STA students won honorable mentions, regional awards and national awards.

This year, numerous STA students have been recognized for their art by the Scholastic Art and Writing Competition and have won awards. Through the Awards, teenagers in grades 7 through 12 receive opportunities for recognition, exhibition, publication and scholarships by applying in 29 categories of art and writing. Categories include Drawing and Illustration, Fiction Writing, Mixed Media and much more. In 2015 alone, teenagers across America submitted 300,000 original works.
