Hallie Ryan, Mary Hillard and Emily Laird have been chosen as cross country senior captains. All three girls are fourth year runners and were elected by their fellow teammates.

“I never thought I would be chosen, so I’m really thankful for the opportunity,” Ryan said. “I couldn’t have asked for better people to be captain with, and I’m looking forward to bringing the team closer and making this season a lot of fun!”

“I think Mary, Emily, and Hallie are really good captains because they are so energetic about the sport,” junior and cross country runner Liz Barton said. “They make everyone feel involved, and they make the team a cohesive unit.”
