Both the varsity and JV softball teams squared off against St. Pius at Tiffany Hills Park Wednesday, August 30. Varsity played first and won out 20-0 while JV was able to hold out 9-5.
Player Gabby Mesa was excited for such great wins for both teams.
“It’s always fun to go out there and score so many runs because we all get a chance to get up and get on base,” Mesa said.
Both the JV and varsity teams will play next at Belton Tuesday, September 5 at 4:30 and 6 p.m.
