In this week’s blog entry, I give a brief introduction of what I’ll be doing on this blog and then jump straight into the first location: Hi Hat Coffee.
The usual format of these videos will be: first, a quick history of the location or activity, then the “experience” or documentation of what I do at this place, and finally a review. Every other Thursday I will be posting a new video blog of a relatively unpopular location in the Kansas City Metro area.
