The STA Theatre Department released the cast list for the fall musical Aug. 28. This year, there will be two casts for the production of “The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee.” Head of the theater department Shana Prentiss is very excited to have two different casts be a part of productions.

“I’ve never done this with a musical before,” Prentiss said. “I’ve only done [two casts] with a play, so this is going to be really cool and very fun.”

Prentiss explained that each cast of nine people will perform on two separate nights.
