Summer reality show ‘More to Love’Â is a standard dating show with a relatively unoriginal twist. In typical ‘Bachelor’Â inspired fashion, female contestants compete to win the attention of one man, but in this instance they all deal with weight issues. The moral of ‘More to Love’Â is supposed to be that love can exist for everyone, completely regardless of their size. While I do believe this is an important lesson for Americans, I feel that the show portrays it’s contestants in a mostly negative light and fails to empower. ‘More to Love’Â airs Wednesdays on Fox.
