In a email sent to students and administration  March 27, Bistro Kids chef Scott Brake reinforced the policy regarding delinquent accounts and access to Bistro items.

“If you owe Bistro a lunch, you may only have access to the salad bar,” Brake wrote.

This email was one in a series of recent emails from Brake regarding insufficient funds and reminders to order lunch in advance.

According to Brake, parents of students owing two or more lunches will receive an email explaining the negative account balance.

Administration and Bistro Kids continue to encourage students to notify the manager of their Bistro Kids account of any possible fees, and to utilize the online ordering form.
